Even if your tool manages to make it to a pawnshop, the serial number on the TICK might help you prove that it belongs to you.Ī single Milwaukee TICK (48-21-2000) sells for $29, with a 4-pack (48-21-2004) costing $99, a 10-pack (48-21-2010) costs $219, or 50 (48-21-2050) for $999. Without actual GPS built-in, it can't locate tools out of Bluetooth range, but it can at least give you a fighting chance. One-Key Tool Tracking is primarily designed to handle tool inventory, but the ability to at least help to recover lost or stolen tools is a huge selling point. It will even warn you when the battery is getting low. The TICK runs off of a single button-cell battery that is capable of lasting a year, after which a replacement battery can be installed. It has been designed to be rugged enough to handle jobsite elements and outdoor conditions. It can be used on generators, job boxes, compressors, welders, ladders, and more.Įach TICK is laser engraved with its own serial number, so it can be inventoried and tracked separately. The Milwaukee TICK takes everything about One-Key Tool Tracking and puts it into a self-contained housing that can be mounted on non-One-Key enabled tools and equipment, using a screw, rivet, glue, strap or zip-tie. One important thing to note is that the app doesn't need to be open for it to locate missing tools. Of course, this relies on other people in the area having the One-Key app installed. Using the ONE-KEY network, the TICK will provide location updates when it. With multiple attachment options and a low-profile design. Since the Bluetooth range is about 100-feet, there is a good chance that it could be located. Milwaukee 48-21-2050 - TICK Tool and Equipment Tracker (50/pack)- Overview. The Milwaukee ONE-KEY TICK Bluetooth Tracking Tag is an extremely versatile Bluetooth tracker. If they pick up on the Bluetooth signal, they will try and pinpoint its location and report back to Milwaukee's cloud-based network. When a tool is marked as missing within the One-Key app, other devices running the app set out to help find it. Hopefully, an organized inventory is enough to keep you from losing your tools, but in the event that it is not, One-Key Tool Tracking has one more trick to help you relocate what has gone missing.

I have several ongoing issues with my orders - many lingering on for months. But because I liked my designer and wanted to keep my design consistent, I continued working with this company thinking things would improve (they promised it would but it only got worse). There were issues early on and I thought it was a one-off but it turned out to be their standard mode of operation. Original Review: My experience: I have been working with Havenly for a year on several rooms. Your responses here and elsewhere online to my reviews and complaints are for optics. Havenly, you continue to try to appear as though you are addressing the issues but you are not. I’ve not received a response at all to my last two follow ups which span a week now. No one at Havenly is addressing the issues or responding with resolutions. Update on 30Aug2023: My response to Havenly’s response is this: Your canned response here is similar to the canned responses to the many emails I’ve sent to you as well as my complaints and reports to BBB, etc. I have now asked for a refund, let's see what happens. They said they would ask the manufacturer. I then said maybe I should just be sent a new chair. They said they would contact the manufacturer and send them. I sent pictures to customer service and just asked for four new feet. When we unpacked, it 2 of the 4 feet on the chair were smashed into pieces that were at the bottom of the box, leaving bare screws sticking out of the bottom of the chair. The next day, the chair was left in the street in front of my house even though I have a large covered porch where all size packages are left by all delivery services. I called at 2 and they said the driver was late and would be there by 5. They called the night before delivery at 6:30 pm to give us a delivery window the next day of 8:30-12:30. I paid $99 for what was supposed to be Fedex shipping and waited 4 months for my chair. It also now has a gift registry.Damaged, poorly made furniture. Havenly has additionally been experimenting with free offerings like product questions, where consumers can engage with designers about potential purchases. More often than not, they return for additional design projects. Yet once a user signs up for Havenly, they are usually loyal. The business is “competing with them going to Pinterest,” she said. There’s Laurel & Wolf and there was also Dot & Bo, which shut down.īut in some ways, Mayer feels like social media is the biggest competitor for Havenly’s targeted demographic of 20 and 30-something females. It’s not the only startup looking to disrupt the home design space. Prices range from $79 to $199 for layout recommendations, with the more expensive plan including 3D renderings. Users fill out a style profile and find a professional that’s tailored to their needs. Wayfair, West Elm and Target are amongst the many brands showcasing items on Havenly. Havenly works with over 400 vendors and has “everything all in one place at the best price possible,” co-founder and CEO Lee Mayer told TechCrunch. The startup raised over $13 million previously. Its platform pairs consumers with stylists offering virtual guidance.Īfter gaining early traction since it launched in 2014, the startup is raising a $12.5 million Series B led by Foundry Group, with participation from Industry Ventures, Chicago Ventures and Kickstart Fund. Havenly, a Denver-based startup, thinks it can change that. But it’s not cheap, with the average designer charging over $5,000. When it comes to interior decorating, some people could use a little professional advice. 10/3/2023 0 Comments Jalbum turtle forumOut of the skins I've tried so far, Turtle seems to work best, with albums that are easily viewable on both full size desktops and mobile devices. So, I'd experiment with some of the skins around and make sure to dig through their available settings. More about that skin here:Īnyway, jAlbum makes it easy to experiment with settings and see how the albums generated work locally with a browser before uploading it to your web site. Turtle also has tons of settings options available. It also doesn't need Flash (some skins do). Of course, they're also very usable by full size desktops with keyboards. One of it's benefits is that it also generates albums that are easily viewable by phones and tablets. I played around with a lot of the skins and decided that Turtle is a pretty good choice. I just installed an older version (8.1.3) because it doesn't have some of the restrictions some newer versions have. Turtle is the skin I'd use, as it's also touch friendly.Īnyway, as far as jAlbum is concerned, I've got it installed in Linux (they have versions for both Windows and Linux). When searching through skins on the jAlbum site, you can search by feature and touch support is one of them. Given their popularity, I'd make sure your albums are "mobile friendly". Photos, no.Ī lot of newer Tablets have higher resolution IPS screens that are better than many desktop screens anymore. As humble as they are, I'm proud of my photos and I just don't believe cell phones and even tablets offer the best viewing experience. It's a personal opinion, but my preference is to have a link to the various galleries always visible, both as an aide-memoire to show what services/galleries/subjects are available, and to allow a 1-click link.Yeah, I'm of the same mind. Once your are in a gallery and viewing an image, going back to a different gallery becomes a bit of a memory test in back-tracking. Having said that, the use could be simplified - I think it would just mean using less thumbnails. I would agree regarding the main section too - iframes with scrolling IMO don't work too well, they can lead to slightly confused displays, that get a bit difficult to navigate around - especially when accessibility is considered. along with the main header take up most of the display, with the first of the thumnails appearing at the bottom of the screen. The whole site seems to take up a considerable amount of space, but doesn't really use it that effectively. The high participant population is handy for a first-timer, and you are sure to get all your questions answered by the most experienced keepers. The header appears too big IMO too - it forces horizontal scrolling on the page, when it isn't necessary. Tortoise Forum The tortoise forum is currently one of the most famous platforms, with more than 70 thousand active members and over 160,000 threads. The header cuts off on smaller monitors - and is not centred in the same way as the main bulk - so as the browser is reduced, the banner and main window centres become misaligned. These aren't meant to be overly-critical, just some personal views. While I just opted to use 100% width for the Jalbum frame, I could as easily have sized it to any dimension I wanted. Phil - I am using FF 3.6.3 as well, and yes, you do have to scroll vertically, but that's by design. Also, iframe is just an html tag that allows you to create a frame - it's useful when incorporating Jalbum into a website since iframe allows you to easily separate the Jalbum html (on my site, below the line) from the page's index.html (above the line). The usefulness of the "concept," as you call it, becomes clearer when I start adding other content outside of Jalbum. Niki - iframe just a way to separate the Jalbum html from the rest of the website. I do like the Turtle skin as well, having selected it after trying out many others. Jeff, good point - I might just remove it altogether, since that's where I plan to insert the links to yet-to be created pages. If you are going to use the copyright line, move it to the bottom. Which looks like you added, when you have a copyright watermark on the photo. 10/3/2023 0 Comments Legend of zelda enemies listThe Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD (2013) The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (2013) The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition (2011) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (2011) The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (2011) Irozuki Tincle no Koi no Balloon Trip (2009) The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks (2009) The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (2007) Freshly-Picked Tingle’s Rosy Rupeeland (2006) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (2006) The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap (2004) The Legend of Zelda: Collector’s Edition (2003) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Master Quest (2002) The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (2002) The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages (2001) The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask (2000) The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening DX (1998) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (1998) Zelda no Densetsu: Kamigami no Triforce (1997) BS Zelda no Densetsu Inishie no Sekiban (1997) Zelda no Densetsu – The Hyrule Fantasy (1994) The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening (1993) The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (1991) The Legend of Zelda –Nelsonic Game Watch (1989) Alex is always looking for new games to play, and will happily blink away hours riding a horse through Hyrule or failing to raise a child in Sims 4. Tears of the Kingdom has a certain amount of foes who are essentially around to provide monster parts for cooking, fusing with weapons, and armor upgrades, so after a while, the hundreds of Bokoblins and Moblins can begin to seem annoying. RELATED: Classic Zelda Enemies That Should Return In Tears of the KingdomĪlthough many players are thrilled with the updates to enemies, there are certain monsters that some gamers find frustrating or repetitive. Some Zelda fans felt that Tears of the Kingdom'spredecessor Breath of the Wild lacked enemy range, but its sequel has fixed that issue by keeping familiar faces and introducing brand-new monsters for Link to defeat. The game teaches players a broad range of mechanics to employ when battling enemies, such as dodging, flurry rushing, and allowing gameplay to slow down when Link is shooting an arrow from midair. Its expansive world sees enemies vary in form depending on climate, and with the introduction of the depths, many common monsters have the added advantage of gloom damage. With over twenty unique enemies, Tears of the Kingdom is not short of interesting and challenging battles. Additionally, boss battles with Queen Gibdo, Phantom Ganon, Master Kohga, and the Seized Construct add variety and challenge to the gameplay experience. Players can expect to encounter familiar enemies like Hinox, Gibdos, Lynels, Molduga, and Gleeoks, each with their own unique abilities and weaknesses that require different strategies to defeat. While some players find certain monsters repetitive, the game offers a balance of common enemies for material gathering and rarer, more challenging foes that provide a fun and engaging battle experience. Albus also meets Delphi Diggory, the niece of Amos, and as he boards the Hogwarts Express the next day, he and Scorpius eventually decide to escape from the moving train to hatch a plan and save Cedric Diggory, and despite the Trolley Witch’s resistance, they are successful in running away. A short while later, Amos Diggory comes to Harry’s house pleading with him to use the Time-Turner they recently confiscated from Theodore Nott and get back his son Cedric Diggory from the dead. Harry accidentally spurts out that he sometimes wishes that Albus was not his son. However, Albus shows no interest in this, and eventually, they end up having an argument. The affection that Harry and Ginny have for their son Albus is what drives them to eventually save him from the difficult situations he faces, and it is a similar yet different affection that inspires Scorpius to fight for the world his friend Albus exists in, despite being on the verge of death. It’s a really simple, drinkable cocktail that just about anyone can enjoy. The watermelon and lime’s freshness complement the smokiness and bite from the reposado and Tajín. That’s not to say it’s overwhelmingly sweet, though the flavors work together incredibly well and they only deepen once you get the Tajín involved. The booze disappears underneath all the fruitness and sweetness from the juices, triple sec and Mountain Dew. On the first sip, at least without the Tajín, this drink’s reminiscent of a really cheap margarita in all the best ways. Top the rest off with some Flamin’ Hot Mountain Dew, garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy! Shake with plenty of ice and pour into your Tajín-rimmed glass. The juice of 1 lime 2 ounces of tequila 1 ounce of triple sec or Cointreau 2 ounces of watermelon juice (I used Trader Joe’s watermelon and cucumber juice) Now that everything’s ready to pour, you just need to make the drink: If it isn’t, try putting more Tajín on your plate or more lime juice on the glass’ rim. It should be coating the rim of your glass. Then, put some of the Tajín on a plate and twist the lime-covered part of the rim in the chili-lime spice. If you don’t know how to do this, first, quarter one of your limes and rub one of the quarters up against the rim of the glass. Find a glass of your choice, preferably a pint glass, and rim it in Tajín. So I’ve dreamed up some drinks that make use of this iconic and much-maligned soda.īefore we get to shaking, let’s get everything into place. That said, its syrupy combination of vague citrus and a hint of capsaicin makes for a great mixer and cocktail ingredient. Unfortunately, fans of the snack chips under the same brand are going to be disappointed Flamin’ Hot Mountain Dew’s hardly even tepid hot. Surely those same principles apply to a number of Mountain Dew flavors, but none feel so desperate for a cocktail as the extreme soda’s latest abominable flavor: Flamin’ Hot. In fact, the best Moscow Mule I’ve had wasn’t made with ginger beer but with the “Gingerbread Snapd” edition of the ambiguously citrus-y soda, chili-flavored vodka and the requisite lime. Now that a good chunk of Gen Z is old enough to drink and is too busy with hard seltzers and canned cocktails, PepsiCo undoubtedly uses the citrus-y hooks its bold soda has in us to maintain some repeat customers.Īnd when you’re as obsessed with mixology as I am, the Mountain Dew brain worms have their occasional benefits. I think there are a lot of people like me who’ve caught the Mountain Dew bug and will try any new flavor that pops up. After all, at that age, I was the stereotypical middle schooler who spent his time drinking Mountain Dew, eating Doritos and cursing out his opponents in the Call of Duty du jour.Įventually, I inexplicably started to like it-though not as much as the myriad of multicolored, mouthwatering flavors like Voltage, Code Red or Baja Blast. What started as a habit to “get as much sugar and caffeine as possible,” (wow, 13-year-old me really had it out for myself) soon became an ironic drink of choice. It’s hard not to for something as cursed yet on-brand as this neon-red abomination. I try my best to avoid soda, but when a new flavor of Mountain Dew, like their latest psy-op, “Flamin’ Hot,” pops up, I cave. Collectible 16-ounce cans were only available online and sold out quickly, leaving the drink unavailable yet again.Mountain Dew, as a brand, drink and cultural phenomenon has always lived on the edge between extreme, absurd and cursed for seemingly no other reason than to tap into minds like mine. But even that worked, provided there isn't anything else going on on the network. That's a little more involved, like don't go switching programs like a madman, or it might hickup. Before these existed, with remote desktop software. Lately with the webserver in Reaper and remote control for RME's TotalMix. I've been doing something like this for years. Even if you just record 16 channels of silence. I don't think that's what the OP intended, but I don't know.Īnyhow, it seems wise to test it before goin' live. If you need to run VST's at low latency and sync that with live sound, you need a very beefy machine, or latency will ruin your session. Even an old Core2duo laptop should be able to keep up recording 16 channels. In the config I described previously, audio goes over the USB bus. If you need to transport audio, it's an entirely different game. Or if you "stop" command arrives half a second later. It doesn't really matter if there's a second hickup in viewing a webpage. These are not affected by any slowdown or latency. In other words is it possible to just use network splitters on both side of a long connection?Īs long as only webpages, OSC or MIDI goes over the network, no problem. Thank you for chiming in and giving this technical explanation.ĭo you think the recording notebook (with reaper of course9 near to the xr18 can be controlled via the same network cable the X-Touch controles the XR18? Possibly this wouldn't work on a "real" Raspberry Pi. And IIRC the performance is a lot better. Some models of the Banana range offer "real" ethernet ports. I don't know the Banana solution, but it seems tailored for a Banana Pi. Limited performance, not enough to transfer a lot of channels. The big problem with the Raspberry Pi is that it's ethernet port runs over it's one USB connection. An iPad, or whatever computer you've got lying around. Then enable the web server on the recording Reaper for remote control.Ĭontrol it all from some device with a decent web browser. If I was to set up a system like this, I'd install Reaper on a computer for recording over the XR18's USB connection, close to the XR18. You can use relaxed latency settings and just about any computer from the last 15 years for such a thing. If you are just recording with a computer and mixing with the built-in mixer in the XR18, you connect it with USB just like any USB audio interface. The i7 machines just idle through all this. That was using like 96% CPU mind you but it was stable. FYI, I used to use a C2D CPU laptop and could run sound with and record all 36 channels from two audio interfaces in aggregate device config with no issue. That would be more complex and/or not possible. Using a 2nd computer would require sharing a single interface with two computers BTW. But that would probably just work fine too. I wouldn't consider recording to an external unless it was a thunderbolt connected SSD. You DO want to record to the SSD for that for the lowest CPU overhead. I've run live sound with Reaper for about 10 years now and recorded the full multitrack for every show for everything. Have a SSD in that laptop for a system drive. (Assuming this is what you are saying and not miscommunication!) Just using the XR18 as a USB audio interface. Edit: I'm told this is not the case! You'll have to roam close to the stage if you use the built-in mixer to mix live.īut you said you're mixing live with Reaper anyway, so that would be a moot point!Īnd your router to computer connection for whatever your wireless control surface is is not part of the XR18 so you should be golden. 10/3/2023 0 Comments Geforce experience loginThe best thing about NordVPN is that it has a 30-day money back guarantee, so you can try it out without taking any risk.
